We are blessed for everything we have accomplished since our city’s foundation in 2003 and are grateful to all those who have contributed to our success. However, now that our city has grown, we must set new goals to further excel in our present and future.

Roxanna is a Doral resident with a rich multi-cultural background and exemplifies the American Dream. She is a devoted wife, mother, successful business owner, and efficient community leader. She has a relentless commitment to public service and is the innovative leader that we need now to set us on a new course to achieve future success! She has the academic qualifications, professional experience, moral integrity, and unique vision to lead the way!

Roxanna is deeply grateful to her parents, serving as pastors in Ecuador, and who instilled in her unwavering moral principles and an uplifting spirit of selfless public service – not for fame, but for virtue. As an example, she cherishes close to her heart the special opportunity she had to work with her local church for many years to assist families in need.
Roxanna was born in Ecuador, she is happily married to her loving husband Freddy, and is the proud parent of A, B, C, and D who attend elementary school in Doral.

As Mayor, she will implement innovative solutions focused on clean energy initiatives that will lower fees in our bills, while we also advance the efficient use of our natural resources combined with new technology to enhance our quality of life. Together, we will usher in new projects to improve our health, boost our economy, and modernize our industries and businesses.
Roxanna understands our daily challenges and she is committed to working tirelessly on our priorities including the safety of our families, the security of our community, traffic calming, economic development, and women and minorities empowerment.

​Roxanna will work steadfastly to make our city government fair and trustworthy, guided by strong principles, and to be fully accountable. She will establish Annual Oversight Audits to decrease wasteful spending and identify any misuse of our city tax dollars made by any elected official or employee. Our city budget is out of control. As a successful entrepreneur, she has the experience to generate substantial economic partnerships and cut unnecessary fat from our city budget.

Safety is a top priority in the City of Doral, we are dedicated to enhancing existing systems. Our focus is on fostering better communication and collaboration among security practitioners, urban planners, and other stakeholders to ensure the safety of everyone in public spaces.
